We Ask That You:

Provide us with a detailed prescription and good working impressions.
Allow us sufficient time to do the work (usually 15 working days).
Contact us if you need work urgently, we will do all we can to help.
Provide us with plenty of information (photos of face/smile and teeth).
Pay your bills on time! (Happy Technicians = Fabulous Quality Work)
Take responsibility if a job goes wrong due to your input and offer to pay for the remake. Let us know if we have upset you so as to give us the chance to put it right and learn from it. Recommend us to colleagues who you feel will appreciate what we do.
